Anhui Seeker Electronic Technology Co., Ltd(Seeker for short), is a professional NAS system product sales and service organization founded in 2007. Seeker is the general agent or core distributor of BUFFALO, ASUSTOR, QNAP, Synology, Infortrend and other NAS brands in China, has an entire e-commerce team and a technical marketing team with more than 7 years of industry experience. Seeker also has branches in Shanghai, Hefei, Beijing, Guangzhou and Hong Kong, etc.

Storage Repair

Seeker is the in-warranty and after-sales service center of BUFFALO in China.
Seeker has NAS system bug resolution, and chip-level NAS system hardware repair capability.
Seeker undertakes paid hardware repair of out-of-warranty NAS products for BUFFALO/ASUSTOR/QNAP/Synology/THECUS and other NAS brands.

Solutions

Seeker undertakes medium and large security system projects of network and data, provides supporting services and after-sales technical support in hardware configuration, network construction, function implementation and software customization, etc.

Software Development

Seeker sets up a R&D center in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, which is a self-purchased business building with 2,000 square meters of floor space and a capacity of 300 people.
Seeker builds a NAS system R&D lab with local universities (500 square meters in both on-campus and off-campus locations), offers relevant courses such as "NAS System Development", to continuously deliver talents to the company.
Seeker management team is composed of people with both master or higher degree in computer science major, and more than 10 years of industry experience.
Seeker R&D team is dedicated to general application software development, industry application software development based on NAS system platform, and NAS system development based on Linux kernel.

Anhui Seeker Electronic Technology Co., Ltd(Seeker for short), is mainly engaged in the manufacture, operation, software development and technical services of data security storage equipment. On April 13, 2019, Seeker released its self-developed SSS(Seeker Storage System) network operating system in Hefei City, Anhui Province, along with Seeker-NAS machines of 2-Disk(TS5002D), 4-RAID(TS5004R), and12-RAID (TS5012R). Seeker is the general agent or core distributor of BUFFALO, ASUSTOR, QNAP, Synology, Infortrend and other NAS brands in China. Seeker has independent offices and wholly owned subsidiaries in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Anhui province, which serve as communication windows for our partners; Seeker also has more than a dozen online marketing platforms in English and Chinese for our global clients, which serve as a gateway for business transactions.
